Ceylon Colada – A Tea-Infused Delight

Meet the Ceylon Colada, a refreshing cocktail where the rich, aromatic notes of Dilmah Ceylon tea blend seamlessly with tropical flavours. Perfectly balanced and just a little cheeky, it’s surprisingly spectacular with a bold blue cheese, contrast the salty, creamy tang with the cocktail’s smooth sweetness—pure harmony.

You will need:

  • 45ml Dutch Rule Ceylon Gin
  • 15ml Dilmah Elixir of Ceylon Tea (Black Tea with Almond Flavour)
  • 5ml Coconut Syrup
  • 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • Top up with Capi charred pineapple soda

Serve in a highball glass, with a Collins ice sphere and an almond chocolate for the garnish.
