A winter Cheese After Dark exploring terroir through five seasonal cheeses and site-driven Alkina wines, hosted by Smelly Cheese Co. after hours at the Adelaide Central Market.
I attended the Master Class in Paris 23rd September 2024 at the Printemps Du Goût with Valérie Henbest and Laurent Dubois. This was an excellent presentation of Australian and French cheese and wines. Well worth the money and gives me a new appreciation of cheese.
