In the emblematic cellar of the Fort des Rousses, over 214 metres long, lie the "Charles Arnaud Grande Réserve" wheels of cheese. The imposing Charles Arnaud cellar is dedicated exclusively to Comtés reserved by the cheese-makers, wheels that are selected directly on site by the Master Cheesemakers. These Comtés are exceptionally matured for 15 to 18 months, to the delight of the most demanding gourmets.
