Scrambled Eggs with Gorgonzola Dolce by Wendy


Serves 2       Prep time: 10 min       Cooking time: 10 min

  • 1 middle size red onion finely chopped
  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 150g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • Butter 
  • Black Pepper

Start sauteed the red onion and the cherry tomatoes with butter. 

In a bowl, beat all together the eggs, Gorgonzola Dolce, black pepper and the cream.

Once the onion and tomatoes are cooked, add the mix and keep on stirring. Turn the heat off and serve immediately.
