Baked Driftwood

Serves 2 - 15 min 

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Dry White Wine
  • Garlic clove, sliced
  • Salt, Pepper

Instructions

  1. Simply place the Driftwood cheese in a baking dish (small enough to hold the cheese together). Pierce the top with a sharp knife. 
  2. Drizzle some white wine before inserting slices of garlic clove. 
  3. Add a teaspoon of honey, a teaspoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, and bake it for 15 min at 180°C.
  4. Dive in with a freshly baked sourdough baguette. You can serve it with a seasonal mixed leaf salad with a mustard dressing.
  5. Enjoy!
