Le Guillotin Wyngaard is made for thin slices of Reypenaer and Wyngaard cheese.
Cutting thin slices allows you to best experience the flavour, aroma and texture of these beautiful cheeses, as this is how the temperature and oxygen in the air can best reach the cheese.

Serve at room temperature. If you store the cheese in the fridge, please take it out 1 hour before consumption.

Do not put in the dishwasher. The knife can be detached from the handle for cleaning.
