Assistant Manager – Smelly Cheese Shop

The Smelly Cheese Shop at the Adelaide Central Market is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team.

Minimum 20 hrs/week
Shifts include Tue–Wed, Thu & Fri nights + Cheese After Dark events, with opportunity to grow into more hours (including Saturdays).

What you’ll be doing:

> Retail & customer service

> Cutting, merchandising & cheese quality assessment

> Ordering cheese & managing stock

> Supporting online orders

> Working on our famous cheese events

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

> Retail experience (Cheese and Wine Knowledge = BIG plus)

> Strong organisation skills

> A love for food, people & teamwork
