Hervé Mons Soumaintrain - France - Washed Rind - Cow's Milk

The regular washings of Soumaintrain cheese quickly make it become creamy; it is therefore sold in a wooden recipient to keep it from running away from you. Its decadent texture and bright orange colour will make a real impact on your cheese platter.

Foglie di Castagno - Italy - Semi Hard - Cow & Goat's Milk

Produced from goat and cow milk in quantities that vary according to the availability of the season, this cheese is left to age for about a year and a half. The wheels are then wrapped in chestnut leaves which transform them and imbue them with a strong and exceptional flavour.

Blugins - Italy - Blue Vein - Cow's Milk

Blugins presents a sweet and creamy texture, delicate and zingy flavours with a fresh and spicy finish. In the words of the Carpenedo family, Blugins is a blue cheese for those who don’t like blue cheese, and a gin cheese for non-gin drinkers.
