This box has everything you need to celebrate some of the best cheese makers in Australia. This box could be perfect introduction to an international friend visiting, or a walk down memory lane to holidays exploring different states. There is so much to love about Australian cheese, it was hard for our cheesemongers to narrow it down to just four. 

Currently our box boasts the below delicious Australian cheeses. Gluten free? No problem! Don't like blue cheese? Easy! Just let us know in the notes section when you reach the shopping cart. Milawa Goat Camembert - Victoria - White Mould - Goat's Milk

This delicious little cheese exhibits fresh, mild goat milk flavours when young. As it matures, the curd breaks down to a gooey, salty interior.

Section28 Monte Rosso - South Australia - Washed Rind - Cow's Milk

It is a semi-soft cheese that has been washed in brine to develop an aromatic, yeasty orange rind. It has a smooth, buttery paste, with a delicate fruity flavor and lingering lactic finish.

Cheese Culture 4 Year Old Cloth Cheddar - South Australia - Hard Cheese - Cow's Milk

The wheels are released for sale after approximately spending 12 months in our maturing room. The result is a beautifully balanced, full flavoured traditional cheddar with a long finish to be savoured.

Bay of Martyrs - Victoria - Blue Vein - Cow's Milk

This is a medium strength, natural rinded cheese incorporating a generous network of blue veins. Although the cheese may crumble a little when cut, the texture is very smooth and buttery in the mouth. It has an earthy, creamy, tangy flavour reminiscent of good Stilton.
