Burrata Caviar with Sturia
Burrata with caviar... A combination so simply divine!
So far, my most beloved combination to enjoy. 

You will need:
burrata
50g caviar Sturia Oscietra
2 tsp mild extra virgin olive oil
A tiny bit of salt

Take the burrata out of the fridge 20 mintutes before serving. Cut the burrata in half. Place it skin down on a small plate. Drizzle a good extra virgin olive oil on each half.
Create a little quenelle of caviar with 2 small spoons and pace it on top of the Burrata.
