Expect far more than traditional Raclette. From delicate alpine herbs and mountain flowers to unexpected flavour combinations rarely experienced in Australia, this collection showcases the creativity and diversity of modern Swiss cheesemaking.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a generous Raclette feast with potatoes, charcuterie and seasonal accompaniments, thoughtfully paired with a selection of Thistledown wines. To finish, we'll sweeten the occasion with delicious Portuguese tarts from Saudade.
