Monet is one of Kris Lloyd's (Woodside Cheesewrights) most acclaimed and glamorous
cheeses. Woodside Cheese Wrights are true to the word artisan, crafting all of their cheeses by hand. Some of their cheeses, like Monet, are seasonal and are only made when the milk is perfect for each cheese style. Monet is made with goat's milk sourced locally, and is seasoned with a selection of herbs and edible organic flowers such as nasturtiums, fennel and dill flowers, lavender and violets. It has a slightly wet texture with a creamy white pate and delicious citrus, herb-rich flavour.
