Raclette Le Fribourg Herbs
Crafted in the Swiss canton of Fribourg using rich mountain milk, this Raclette is infused with an exclusive blend of organic herbs from the Grand Saint Bernard region—often referred to as the "green gold of Valais". Thyme, basil, rosemary, sage, tarragon and other aromatic herbs are carefully selected by master cheesemaker Vincent Christophe to create a perfectly balanced flavour.
Aged for three months, this Raclette melts into a silky, creamy texture while releasing fragrant herbal aromas that beautifully complement its sweet, milky character. Fresh, savoury and wonderfully aromatic, it's a delicious twist on a Swiss classic, perfect with potatoes, charcuterie and roasted vegetables.
