Lilyarra Artisan Cheeses are based in the Fleurieu Region of South Australia. Their cheeses are created with minimal intervention, experienced cheesemaking, the care of the herd and the fullness of the pastures. Made with creamy goat's milk this is a full falvoured white mould ripened cheese. Look for flavours of mushroom and a long, creamy finish.
