It has taken years of work for master cheesemaker Vincent Christophe to develop this cheese.
Spoon Gorgonzola DOP with 2 months maturation. A marvellous creation, developed in collaboration with our master cheesemaker and the Moro cheese dairy in Oderzo, combining a Gorgonzola DOP Cremoso with a Prosecco Rosé wine Bio La Jara. The result is a cheese with tangy and sparkling notes, characteristic of Prosecco.
