When we find a good cheese & wine pairing, it makes us very happy. And we are always keen to share what we love!

You have to try our Mons Camembert with Mary Hamilton's Fiano. With honeysuckle, lemon blossom, thyme, brioche and custard powder, this wine oscillate somewhere between Pinot Gris and Chardonnay – and often combine the best of both.

As for our Camembert, it is simply the best you will find in this country :)
