Our International Box boasts four artisanal cheeses selected by Valerie from around the world. This box is the best of the best from four countries and is always changing to ensure the cheeses are enjoyed when at their best.

Each cheese has been selected by us to give you the experience of travelling the world. Whether enjoyed at the same time on a cheese board, or savoured individually, this box has everything you need to take you to another time and place!

Currently our box includes the below four cheeses, crackers and fruit paste. Gluten free? No problem! Don't like blue cheese? Easy! Just let us know in the notes section when you reach the shopping cart. To add a bottle of wine simply select this option from the drop down menu - and we will pick the perfect bottle to match your cheeses!

La Tur - Italy - White Mould - Goat, Sheep & Cow's Milk

This traditional recipe from the Piemonte region of Italy combines the qualities of goat, sheep and cow’s milk into a harmonious balance of flavours. La Tur has a straw coloured interior with a dense, creamy blend of cow, goat and sheep milk.

Challerhocker- Switzerland - Semi Hard - Raw Cow's Milk

Pronounced ‘holler hocker’, which roughly translates as ‘sitting in the cellar’, this Swiss cousin of Appenzeller is washed in brine and spices and then matured for a minimum of 10 months on wooden planks.

Quicke's Double Devon - England - Hard Cheese - Cow's Milk

Handcrafted using milk from Quicke's grass-fed cows, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 3- 6 months. Their unique take on a traditional Double Gloucester. Elegantly mellow with a buttery, long-lasting taste.  

Roquefort 'Émotion' - France - Blue Vein - Raw Sheep's Milk

Roquefort is a powerful cheese. Moist pockets of blue flavour spring to life on the palate, offering a contrast to the full, creamy paste. The taste is addictively salty, sweet and complex. Briny, ocean-y notes are present and a blue piquancy floats up through the nostrils.

Minimum total cheese weight 700 grams.

Click and collect - please include in the order notes the day you would like to collect.

Delivery - we dispatch on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week (except for South Australian public holidays). You will receive a notification to confirm when this has taken place. MailPlus via Toll is our delivery partner for all states.
