Raclette Le Fribourg Smoked
Made in the Swiss canton of Fribourg using premium mountain milk, this Raclette is traditionally crafted before being gently cold-smoked over natural wood. The smoking process enhances the cheese's creamy character without overpowering its delicate alpine flavours.
When melted, Le Fribourg Smoked Raclette becomes wonderfully silky, releasing subtle smoky aromas alongside sweet buttery notes. Rich, savoury and beautifully balanced, it's the perfect choice for potatoes, charcuterie, roasted vegetables or grilled meats.
