Made in the Swiss canton of Fribourg using premium mountain milk, this Raclette combines traditional craftsmanship with a bold peppery twist. A carefully balanced blend of pink, white, green and black peppercorns is incorporated into the cheese, adding layers of aromatic spice without overpowering its creamy character.

When melted, Le Fribourg Raclette 4 Peppers develops a silky, smooth texture while the peppercorns release gentle warmth and vibrant flavour. The result is a wonderfully savoury Raclette with just the right amount of spice, pairing beautifully with potatoes, cured meats, pickles and a crisp white wine.
