This Swiss Raclette Tsalé 4 peppers (pink, white, green and black) has a unique spicy taste as the result of a balanced blend of cheese and pepper. 

Tsalé is made with high-quality mountain milk from the Fribourg region. Grass from the green pastures of the Pre-Alps gives the milk a distinctive flavour and character, as well as a fine, melt-in-the-mouth texture.

This raclette is certified IP-Suisse (collective certification mark for Swiss agricultural products).
