Aran is a naturally rinded semi-hard goat's milk cheese.

It has a texture similar to Manchego and a sharp yet long, earthy finish. This cheese is aged for a minimum of three months but is typically released at around six months of age, allowing the wheels to develop greater complexity of flavours and a long, savoury finish.

And it has also recently won Best Cheese at the Sydney Royal Show!
