The finishing touch for homemade butter. Once your butter has come together in the churner, these traditional paddles help you press out the last of the buttermilk and shape it into a neat block, a log or little rounds for the table. Pressing out the buttermilk properly is the secret to butter that's smoother, firmer and keeps fresh for longer.

Made from natural beech wood, each paddle has deep parallel grooves that work the butter and drain the liquid as you go. They pair perfectly with the Kilner® Butter Churner, and double as a gnocchi board for rolling those classic ridges.
