- A Coeur de Sèvres - an ashed-goat cheese from the Loire Valley in France

- 150 grams of Banksia - a 8-month tomme style cheese from Castlemaine, Victoria

- 150 grams Blu61 - a beautiful blue vein from Italy soaked in passito wine and pressed with cranberries...delish!

- A pack of Cheese Culture Crispbreads

- Chocolates from Adixions

- 750 ml bottle of Crémant d'Alsace Rosé (optional)

or 750ml bottle of Champagne Doury (optional)
