First mentioned in archives in 1115, this classic cheese is deeply rooted in Swiss gastronomic culture.

After maturing in caves, the flavour of the Gruyère de Grotte AOP reaches full maturity, ensuring a long finish and an appearance almost as perfect as its taste, with a satiny patina.
