Normandy is a very rich and beautiful region in North Western France. Its terroir is very propice for lushes pastures, therefore happy cows and very productive orchards.

Any combination of Camembert and Cider, Pommeau de Normandie (Sweeter version of Calvados) or Calvados (apple Brandy) will be fabulous.

We will also add a Calvados flamed baked camembert recipe. Just in case 😉
