Fleur des Alpes (flower of the Alps) is a Swiss cheese made in traditional ways similar to Gruyere and Vacherin Fribourgeois.

Done in copper cauldrons has it was done in the 17th century, Fleur des Alpes has a very rich and creamy texture with a very attractive fruity, nutty and brothey flavour and aroma.
