
Ingredients:
- 1 Long Paddock Silver Wattle
- 1 Tbsp Queens Cut Honeycomb
- 4 Nectarines
- Basil
- Olive Oil
- Pepper
- Slices of bread
Method:
- Cut nectarines in halves. Kernels out.
- Brush the open faces with olive oil and put them face down on a hot BBQ grill.
- Brush bread slices with olive oil and add them next to the nectarines.
- Monitor the lot and put everything aside on a plate when both the nectarines and bread are nicely browned with the marks of the grill.
- Open your Silver wattle. Cut it in half and start mixing it with a big tablespoon of honeycomb until lightly combined.
- Position your grilled nectarines facing up on a salad bowl or plate and cover them with the cheese and honeycomb mixture.
- Add a little bit of pepper, a few basil leaves cut finely and season with pepper as
needed.
