Silver Wattle, Honeycomb and Nectarines Salad

Ingredients:

1 Long Paddock Silver Wattle
1 Tbsp Queens Cut Honeycomb
4 Nectarines
Basil
Olive Oil
Pepper
Slices of bread


Method:
Cut nectarines in halves. Kernels out.
Brush the open faces with olive oil and put them face down on a hot BBQ grill.
Brush bread slices with olive oil and add them next to the nectarines.
Monitor the lot and put everything aside on a plate when both the nectarines and bread are nicely browned with the marks of the grill.
Open your Silver wattle. Cut it in half and start mixing it with a big tablespoon of honeycomb until lightly combined.
Position your grilled nectarines facing up on a salad bowl or plate and cover them with the cheese and honeycomb mixture.
Add a little bit of pepper, a few basil leaves cut finely and season with pepper as
needed.
