Hosted by our Cheese Queen Valérie Henbest, alongside Dan Coward from Alkina Wine Estate, this intimate evening explores the link between soil, site and flavour. Alkina’s wines are shaped by detailed soil studies and single-site expression, offering a true sense of Barossa terroir.
