Dark Chocolate Pink Peppercorn Fondue

Ingredients:

1 x 100g Pink Peppercorn 64% Dark Chocolate Tablet

180ml cream

Pinch of sea salt flakes

Method:

Chop up the Pink Peppercorn Tablet and place in a heatproof bowl.

Bring the cream to boil in a small saucepan

Pour cream over the chocolate

Add salt

Let sit for a 1-2 minutes

Then stir until well combined.

 

Enjoy by dipping in pieces of Vully Rouge.
