The cheese and spirit matches have been selected to expand, challenge, and excite your palate. Each tasting box is designed for two to four people and contains:

50mL Full Circle Botanical Vodka

50mL Full Circle Lemon & Thyme Gin

50mL Full Circle Red Amaro

50mL Full Circle Honey Malt Liqueur 

150g Brillat Savarin - triple cream from France (with Lemon & Thyme Gin)

150g Ossau Iraty - sheep's milk semi-hard from France (with Vodka)

150g Petit Pavé - washed-rind from South Australia (with Honey Malt Liquor)

150g Gorgonzola Piccante - blue vein from Italy (with Amaro)

Minimum cheese total weight 600 grams.

Full Circle’s distiller (and co-founder) is well known as a maker of award winning wines from McLaren Vale South Australia, Corsica and Provence. But quietly, as is her way, Rose Kentish has been distilling eau de vie for the local market on the isle of Corsica since 2010. She is a deeply creative maker by nature; one in a lifelong pursuit of flavour, scent and beauty. Rose also values story when anchored firmly in authenticity.

Born and bred in Normandy, France, Valérie made the ultimate life change by moving to Australia over 20 years ago. Through immersing herself in the Australian food culture Valerie wanted to bring together the best of both the ‘old world’ style of cheese making and consumption and the burgeoning Australian industry. Cheese education and exploration was her prime motivation and therefore with very little hesitation, Valerie decided to take her destiny into her own hands and worked towards making sure she would share with us one of the things that she missed the most:  le Fromage!
