Establish a Sense of Place with 5 different cheeses selected by Valerie, experience the taste of the Adelaide Hills with some fresh bubbles from Howard Vineyard, get a chance to try some of Charlotte Dalton's best drops, artisanal chocolate from Vicki, and creative Flammekueche from Karin. Jodie Kannane, General Manager of the Adelaide Central Market, will also be one our inspiring panellists, providing an insight into the business of food.
You will also be able to learn the art of making your own churned butter with Gina Del Santo, and get a chance to grab a pencil and let Cathy Gray guide you through the art of relaxing through Mandala drawings.
All good skills for you to learn and reproduce at home at your own leisure!
Along the way, we pledge to donate a good chunk of our revenue to help women in crisis via Catherine House.
