June Exploration Box

With Summer behind us and the chilly nights ahead, it's time for red wine, open fires, cosy dinners and beautiful cheeses to cook with!

This June, our Cheese Exploration box is full of winter delights and our team has been busy compiling great recipes and serving suggestions to get you inspired to make wonderful sharing dishes at home!

Our famous French Raclette might get all the spotlight - scraped over potatoes or bread, complete with cornichons and cured meat, here’s a French classic for a comforting dinner. 

For those lucky enough to be in Adelaide last week, you may have come by our Central Market stall and sampled Aggy's Tartiflette made with Préféré des Montagnes. This gorgeous French cheese is a great addition to your winter parties!

Our chosen white mould this month is the Petit Graindorge au Calvados. Either on your cheese board or baked, it is a pure delight.

To round out this beautiful selection, we have one of our permanent favourite - Swiss Gruyère AOP. This cheese is a champion melter - toasted sandwiches, French onion soup and of course - Fondue! 

With Baileys Lavosh and cornichons, you are all set for a winter cheese treat. As always you can choose to add a bottle of handpicked red or white wine to complete this feast. Visit our website for more recipes!
